Our sauna projects are built at the intersection of high-performance building science and traditional craft. Whether designed as a permanent site-specific structure or a mobile retreat, every project is constructed under the guidance of expert builders who prioritize a "health-first" approach to the thermal envelope. We believe a sauna should be as durable as it is restorative, utilizing a system of high-quality, breathable materials designed to respond to the extreme temperature shifts inherent to the sauna ritual.

Building Science & Health We prioritize vapor-intelligent assemblies that promote longevity and occupant wellness. By utilizing carbon-sequestering insulation like Timber HP (wood fiber), we create a low-toxic barrier that eliminates the risk of off-gassing synthetic chemicals, such as fiberglass or spray foam, during high-heat sessions. 

Material & Experience Our interiors typically feature locally milled White Cedar. We design for the specific needs of the user—incorporating tiered seating to manage heat zones, custom integrated lighting, and high-efficiency heat sources for an authentic, often off-grid experience. Clients can select either an electric or a wood-burning stove. 

Whether integrated into a landscape on a permanent foundation or built on a heavy-duty chassis for mobility, our saunas are designed to harmonize with their surroundings. Through the intentional placement of insulated glazing and full-lite doors, we create a seamless visual connection to the exterior environment, allowing the landscape to become an active participant in the sauna ritual without compromising heat retention or structural efficiency.
