This one-day, hands-on tutorial is designed to equip you with the skills to begin your woodturning journey, with a focus on spindle turning. Spindle turning, or “turning between centers” includes making furniture parts, stair balusters, tool handles, candlestick holders, pepper mills, spoons, boxes, and more. This course will guide you through three distinct projects - a whistle, a vase, and a scoop - that allow you to learn a variety of skills in a short time.
