Join COVER’s Home Repair team as our next Work Crew Leader!

Put your construction and carpentry skills to use making a difference! COVER is seeking a community-minded, team-oriented professional to do work that really matters—ensuring that our neighbors have safe, warm, and dry homes. The Work Crew Leader guides and supports crews of community volunteers to complete urgently needed repairs, in partnership with local homeowners.

• Enjoy learning and helping others learn
• Care deeply about community responsiveness and housing security
• Have strong organizational and communication skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively with a mission-driven team 

Applicants with transferrable skills and unconventional carpentry experience are encouraged to apply, along with those with more experience.
