We are looking for a builder, or small construction team interested in partnering on a detached garage and office project in Warren, Vermont this summer or fall.

We have been considering several pre-engineered garage packages but would like to explore whether a custom stick-built approach could provide better value, flexibility, and architectural fit for our property.

Two-car garage/workshop on the first floor
Dedicated office space on the second floor
Black board-and-batten exterior
Black windows and metal roof
Design should complement an existing New England/farmhouse-style home

The second-floor office is a key priority, as it will serve as a full-time workspace for a small business owner. We are particularly interested in thoughtful design, natural light, dormer options, and creating a space that feels like a true office rather than simply storage above a garage.

A clear understanding of our goals and budget

We are open to:

Custom stick-built construction
Timber frame or hybrid approaches
