Put your construction and carpentry skills to use making a difference! COVER is seeking a community-minded, team-oriented professional to do work that really matters—ensuring that our neighbors have safe, warm, and dry homes. The Work Crew Leader will guide and support crews of community volunteers to complete urgently needed repairs, in partnership with local homeowners.
