Patrick grew up in Colchester, VT which is about as close to a suburban experience as you can have growing up in our state. Food is the great connector, food is the doorway to cultures, and fundamentally food is love. He likes to sauna, get his dog, Willy off leash in the woods, and roast coffee in his free time.
