In this 4-week online course, participants will learn how to create and manage no-till garden beds, understand the basics of soil biology and the soil food web, and explore organic-only fertility practices rooted in composting and closed-loop systems. The course also covers seasonal maintenance, perennial integration, and strategies for building long-term soil health without tilling. The course is designed for growers interested in ecological approaches to food production and soil care.
