Fine Woodworking: Chair Making

Designing and building a good chair is, perhaps, the epitome of furniture making. Here's your chance to give it a try. In this 1 week course, you will build your own chair, from a pre-existing plan. You’ll become well-versed in chair joinery techniques, especially mortise and tenon, and a variety of seat-making methods including slatted, woven, sculpted, and upholstered.
