Carpenters Wanted

Boreal Design and Construction is looking for motivated professionals to join our crew. We focus on architecturally significant, ecologically responsible new homes in and around central Vermont. We design our projects in-house, and each one explores new ways to add beautiful and sustainable options to our local housing landscape. 

Ideal applicants will have a strong work ethic, experience in the trades, and an interest in construction and building science. Compensation is based on responsibilities and experience, but a desire to learn and a passion for the work are highly valued. 

Compensation package includes:

• Hourly wage ($25-$35/hr)
• Job training/certifications
• Paid time off/holidays
• Tool stipend
• Project based profit sharing
