Intro to Revit Architecture
Learn how to use Revit Architecture for digital drafting
Students will learn the fundamental concepts of Revit Architecture from an instructor who uses the program every day. You will start by learning basic operations of creating walls, windows, floors and laying out their work on sheets and progress into new topics such as rendering, shadows, dimensioning, and project rigor. The course will discuss the practical advantages of implementing the software in a work environment and how it can streamline collaboration with other disciplines.
Experience Level & Prerequisites
Please note that Revit is a PC-based program so if you'd like to work on a Mac you'll need to set up Parallels. If you're not familiar with how to do this please do some research to determine whether it's the right fit for you or whether you'd be better off selecting another modeling platform such as SketchUp.
