Written by Trey - A great week from the group. We accomplished a lot. This was the first installation of job captains and as I went first I felt like I needed to step into the leadership role.  At the start of Monday, I learned a lot about what it means to conduct myself around my fellow workers and I learned how to be a leader. I also learned how to delegate tasks I didn’t want to do!
Here is a quick briefing.
Monday - We finished all the flooring on the common room roof. 2 of 3 done! Also, we finished bringing up the walls for the dorm room Which really gave the building a new light to what it will look like.
Tuesday - We had a long day sheathing and didn’t feel quite as accomplished as it was more tedious work.
Wednesday - We continued sheathing and finished the backside of the dorm. What a relief!
Thursday - We continued some sheathing in the morning and presented some interior design ideas for the common room. All of which was wonderful. After lunch, Archie and I did some siding design and came to some great conclusions that we are eager to present on Monday.
Friday - Was quite pleasant as we finished up some jobs that needed completion and took the second half of the day off which gave me some extra time to make way to my weekend destination!
Until next time!
