d.      A Site Plan Webinar has been proposed.
2.       Regenerative Design Team
            a. John, Joel and Bill will be at Yestermorrow teaching June 25-29.
            b. We should invite them to dinner- maybe Tuesday night @ The Common Man?
3.       DRB Deadline - June 29th! (but actually the 4th)
a.       Ag plan status needs to be updated
b.      We need a draft waste-water plan
c.       Ditto landscaping
d.      Site plan needs to be redrawn with paths, roads, landscaping, rooflines(?), infrastructure, parking, etc
so that the graphic can be "felt".
e.      A concern is that our reputation in Waitsfield for being "flaky" will not be helped if our design work is incomplete.
f.        Robin will be speaking with Susan at the Waitsfield DRB to adjust expectations.
g.       The plan will be adjusted to make it the most palatable to the DRB possible.
h.      Phase One Design Guidelines need to be presented that show the location, height, massing and materials for the first few buildings (intern bldg. Semester buildings, more dorms and all the shops/studios).
i.         So the Design Amigos need to understand that what we are going after are overarching design parameters within which we can practice Design/Build going forward.
4.       RESOLVED: We will go as fast and far as we can to meet the DRB deadline knowing that we are doomed to a "continuation".   This will bring us as far as we can toward our goal.
5.       RESOLVED: Everyone will look at the DRB Application, fill it out and then get it to Robin.
6.       SUGGESTED: Each phase of the Master Plan will be drafted up independently to show what the campus will look like in each phase.
7.       Design Parameters need to be defined before we meet with the DRB.
a.       Step One: List out all the categories that will require parameters.
b.      Step Two: List all the design parameters within each category.
