Yestermorrow Design/Build School seeks a part-time Facilities Manager to oversee Yestermorrow’s mechanical systems, structures, and grounds, ensuring proper function and maintenance of the school’s facilities for the safety of all occupants. This position regularly inspects the various facilities and equipment and coordinates the staff and/or subcontractors to execute maintenance/repairs. Additionally, this position will manage the relevant budgets, staff, and subcontractors. With the support of a part-time custodian, this position will maintain a clean, compliant, and safe campus for our staff, students, and visitors. This is a part-time hourly position averaging 20 hours per week. This work can be completed on a flexible schedule but requires a regular presence on campus and on-call responsiveness

This is an hourly position starting at $27/hour. On-campus housing is available for rent to the right candidate. Staff are eligible to take courses for free on a space-available basis.
