Originally from the midwest, Sophia has been working in nonprofit operations and development in Tennessee for 7 years, previously at Two Bikes in Knoxville, TN. With a degree in public health policy, she began her career with a year of service in an environmental AmeriCorps program. This introduced her to a world of sustainability and community development that tied in cohesively with her broad public health studies. Sophia is an eager new resident of Vermont and is excited to utilize her fundraising and development skills at Yestermorrow. Outside of work Sophie gives big border collie energy, filling the time with running, baking, yoga, and riding her bike.
