Steveworks LLC is looking to start a freelance relationship with an architect to expand our design capabilities.

What kinds of projects
· Additions and large renovations
· Garages and small/medium size standalone new structures
· Envelope retrofits

What we’re looking for
· Collaboration from conceptual design through project completion
· Incorporation of foam free details
· Carbon saving methods and materials
· CA and on-site problem solving

How many projects?
· 1-2 this year, growing to 10+ as our in house designer retires

Bonus skills
· Product selection
· Interior design
· Landscape architecture
· Structural engineering

Where?
· Generally, west of Boston along the Rt. 90/Rt.2 corridor
· But also, JP, West Roxbury and other nearby cities/towns
