Green Woodworking: Carve Your Own Spoons and Bowls

This course is a dive into green woodworking, basic carving skills, and proper hand tool techniques. Beginning with green wood from the Yestermorrow forest, students will learn how to harvest material and carve it into a beautiful and functional spoons and bowls. 

Students should feel comfortable in learning how to safely use sharp tools such as an axe, straight knives, crooked knives, drawknives, and froes. This class will require students to be able to lift at least 20lbs.
