Vermont Custom Residential Home Builder devoted to sustainable, high quality craftsmanship is hiring an Experienced Carpenter to join our team of professionals who support our mission to build better homes in our communities. We work hard, but have a lot of fun while we do it! We strive for a positive work environment and take care of our employees.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week position. We work four, 10/hour days Monday through Thursday and enjoy three day weekends. We work primarily in Central Vermont. The ideal candidate should be extremely reliable, hardworking and a team player. (We've even been known to take a few ski days when the snow is epic!)

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 Years experience
Proficient in most, if not all, aspects residential construction
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must have all hand tools
Excellent craftsmanship, work ethic, communication skills, neat appearance, and organization skills
Well mannered, well-spoken and presentable
Reliable and punctual
Green Building experience a plus
Must be a team player
