We are a unique design build company based on the water in Duxbury, MA. We are looking for equally unique carpenters to enhance our team of individuals.
Responsibilties include some rough carpentry and framing, finish carpentry.
All applicants must have the desire to become fine craftsmen.

- Dependable transportation - Company truck a possibility.
- Punctuallity - 'the boat won't wait"
- Organization - The ability to be efficient and productive through prior planning.
- Tools - Hand and basic power tools.
- Great attitude - Must be pleasant to be around. No egos.
- Good communications skills. - Fluent english please.
- Highly motivated - with other interests aside from work.
- NO SUBSTANCE ISSUES
- 2+ years of residential construction experience. - also looking for laborers with desire to learn
- Ability to work in a team or on own.
