Thea is the owner of a dual focus building construction and sculpture design and installation company called My Earthwork.  They specializing in historic restoration of 15th century structures in Europe and stone sculptural installations nationally and internationally. Owning a small but diverse company has equipped Thea perfectly to work in the Yestermorrow offices where a wide range of skills are required to help in the Financial and Administrative Departments. Thea also reviews client and on-campus projects, and jumps into teaching.
