Rachel was born and raised in coastal California. From a young age, she filled her days barefoot, making mud pies, catching tadpoles in the river, and swooping the best snap peas from the garden. Not much has changed. Through her degree in Community & Regional Development, Rachel became increasingly interested in the ways that food production, the built environment, and use of outdoor space can revitalize communities & heal the planet. She is excited to feast on the smorgasbord of inspiring people, progressive knowledge, and hands-on-skills that Yestermorrow is cooking up.
