Bio

To quote Julia Child "You learn to cook so that you don't have to be a slave to recipes.  You get what's in season and you know what to do with it."  Michelle believes that food nourishes the mind and soul.  At Yestermorrow, she has the opportunity to do that every day.  Ideas, thoughts and recipes ooze from her brain and transform into the meals she serves. Being present to hear the onslaught of love and thank you's is an opportunity not many Chef's get to enjoy.  Upon graduation from Johnson & Wales University in 1986, Michelle can truly say she has found her "happy place".
