Carlene Marie Ramus

B.S. Landscape Architecture, California Polytechnic; M.Arch, Princeton University

Carlene's architecture practice incorporates natural building such as cob and strawbale, renewable energy such as wind and solar, landscapes such as native bioswales and edible roof gardens, and art such as chakra glass and floating solar fountains. Having enjoyed work (notably with Bill McDonough) and study abroad and on both coasts, she moved to Vermont in 2006 where she is learning to preserve the local summer harvest and make yogurt.
