For Yestermorrow and other academic institutions, endowment funds are a means to put more energy into creating and improving programs and services and less effort in to fundraising.

The roots of Yestermorrow's Endowment formed in 2006 after the school received a generous $50,000 gift from an anonymous donor. Recognizing the uniqueness of this gift and the opportunity it presented, the Yestermorrow board of directors quickly allocated a like amount from Yestermorrow's assets to create $100,000 in seed funding to jump start our initial goal for a $1 million endowment fund.
